Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase but if you wish to return your merchandise you need to:
- Contact us within 5 business days from purchase for a full refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Purchases must be returned within 14 days of original delivery.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- As our commitment to you we are granting each customer a repair at no charge within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days please contact us for a repair quote.
- All returns must show no sign of wear or incorrect treatment. All original tags must be attached. The original receipt must accompany the returning items.
- All custom orders cannot be returned.
How to Return Your Order
- Ensure your return meets all criteria stated in the return policy.
- Package your return item(s); original receipt. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
- Please allow 5 business days once your return is received for return processing. You will be notified by email/phone your credit card refund amount.
